So if you open and use a protected Kessworth emergency bivvy within 2 years of delivery, email us a photo of the used bag with your order number. We'll send you a new one for 70% of the per-unit price you paid for that bag (after any bundle or quantity discount), and we cover the shipping. Once per protected bag.
